功能失调性子宫出血120例临床诊断与分析

目的：通过分析功能失调性子宫出血（功血）的原因及其病理特点,对功能失调性子宫出血的诊断及治疗进行初步总结。方法：对2005年5月～2008年4月入住本院接受治疗的120例功能失调性子宫出血患者进行病情分析,根据发病年龄将所有患者分为两组,一组为青春期功血,另一组为更年期功血,对两组患者施用不同的治疗方案。结果：通过差别治疗,患者恢复情况良好,其中,显著89例,有效23例,无效8例。结论：功能失调性子宫出血在育龄妇女和绝经前后的妇女中均占多数,青春期功血治疗以止血和恢复月经周期为主,更年期功血治疗以诊断性刮宫为主。诊断性刮宫是一种简单有效的诊断和治疗方法,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Clinical diagnosis and analysis about 120 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective：Through the analysis of the causes and the pathology point of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,to summarize the diagnosis and the treatment of the disease above-mentioned.Methods：120 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital for treatment from May 2005 to April 2008 were carried on illness analysis.All patients were divided into two groups according to the age,one group was adolescence patients,the other was menopause patients,and different treatments were applied on above-mentioned groups.Results：Patients recovered well through the different treatment,and therapeutic outcome showed that significant was 89 cases,effective was 23 cases,and invalid was 8 cases.Conclusion：Dysfunctional uterine bleeding in women of post-menopausal and women of childbearing age are in the majority,adolescence dysfunctional uterine bleeding are treated with stopping bleeding and restoring the menstrual cycle,and menopause patients are treated with diagnostic curettage.Diagnostic curettage is a simple and effective method which to be worth of application and popularization on diagnosis and treatment.
