摘    要:目的:观察水通道蛋白1(AQP-1)在大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中表达水平的变化,探讨其与心肌损伤以及损伤程度的关系。方法:采用SD大鼠复制心肌缺血再灌注模型,观察心肌缺血区域颜色和运动的变化,心电图记录心肌急性损伤情况,应用心肌酶学的变化判断大鼠心肌损伤的程度,并通过免疫组织化学方法检测心肌AQP-1的表达。结果:①心肌缺血再灌注损伤后AQP-1水平迅速上升;②AQP-1表达水平与心肌损伤程度存在着正相关性。结论:①心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中AQP-1水平的迅速上升,其上升水平与心肌损伤程度呈正相关;②应用AQP-1调节剂调节AQP-1的表达水平有望成为心肌保护的新方法。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes in expression level of aquaporin-1(AQP-1) during myocardium ischemia reperfusion injury,and to explore the correlation between myocardium injury and AQP-1 level.Methods:The myocardium ischemia reperfusion injury model in SD rats was established.Electrocardiogram and zymological changes were measured to record the level of myocardium ischemia reperfusion injury.Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the myocardium AQP-1 expression.Results:① The expression level of AQP-1 increased quickly after the myocardium ischemia-reperfusion injury;② AQP-1 expression level was positively correlated with the level of myocardium injury.Conclusion:① The expression level of AQP-1 decreases rapidly during myocardium ischemia reperfusion injury.② The regulation of the functions and expression level of AQP-1 during operation on heart provides a new way for myocardium protection.
