过氧乙酸用于中央空调的消毒效果研究

摘    要:目的研究中央空调系统高水平消毒与效果评价的方法。方法采用载体浸泡模拟现场试验和气溶胶喷雾模拟现场以及超声雾化模拟现场试验等方法评价了过氧乙酸对中央空调管道与滤网材料表面消毒效果。结果用含2000mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液浸泡作用60min和用5000mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液浸泡作用30min,对空调管材白铁皮表面与空调滤网上污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到完全杀灭。用含5000mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液进行气溶胶喷雾并作用120min,对白铁皮与空调滤网上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率分别达到100.00%与99.92%。模拟现场试验表明,在密闭条件下,用含10000mg/L过氧乙酸水溶液在密闭环境下经超声雾化量为30ml/m3时作用120min,对白铁皮与空调滤网上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的平均杀灭率分别达到100%与99.94%。结论过氧乙酸对空调管道材料消毒效果以浸泡法最好,气溶胶喷雾和超声雾化亦可达到消毒要求,但作用时间较长。

Abstract:Objective To study the high-efficacy method for disinfection of central fan air conditioning system and its efficacy evaluation. Methods The surface of central fan air conditioning system and filter material were artificially contaminated by Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores, then simulated field trials with immersion, aerosol spray and ultrasonic nebulization were used to evaluate the germicidal efficacy of peracetic acid and to observe the corrosivity of the disinfectant.Results Immersion simulated field test indicaed that the spores artificially contaminated on the surface of tin plate and filter screen of air conditioner exposed to water solution containing 2000 mg/L and 5000 mg/L peracetic acid for 60 min and 30 min respectively could be completely killed. Aerosol spray simulated field test indicated that the average killing rates of spores on tin plate and filter screen exposed to 5000 mg/L peracetic acid for 120 min could reach 100.00% and 99.92% respectively. Ultrasonic nebulization simulated field test indicated that under air tight condition, the average killing rates of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on tin plate and filter screen exposed to ultrasonic nebulization of water solution containing 10000 mg/L peracetic acid at a dose of 30 ml/m3 for 120 min could reach 100.00% and 99.94% respectively.Conclusion The immersion method showed the best efficacy of peracetic acid in disinfection of air conditioner. The aerosol spray and ultrasonic nebulization methods also could fulfill the disinfection requirements, but longer disinfection time was required.
