| 摘 要： | 目的：观察骨质疏松性髋部骨折术后早期综合康复治疗促进患者功能恢复的临床疗效。方法：骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者47例,随机分为康复组24例和对照组23例。康复组患者术后早期配合综合康复治疗,包括关节被动训练、手法治疗、功能训练及部分负重训练;对照组患者经外科处理后自行患肢锻炼。于术后6个月对2组患者患侧肌力、患髋ROM检测和Harris评分,并比较术前及术后6个月髋部骨矿密度（BMD）。结果：术后6个月随访,康复组患者患侧肌力,髋外展和屈曲ROM及Harris评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05,0.01）;患髋BMD,康复组亦明显高于术前及对照组,对照组术前及术后6个月比较,差异无统计学意义。结论：早期有计划的康复治疗,对髋部骨折术后患者下肢功能的恢复有明显促进作用,且能预防BMD进一步下降。
