同种异体半关节移植重建肩膝关节21例报告

目的观察同种异体半关节移植重建肩膝关节的疗效及并发症.方法用同种异体半关节重建肿瘤切除后的骨关节21例;术后石膏托固定6周～3个月,抗炎治疗3个月,抗排异治疗6个月;随访时间2年～24.8年,平均10.5年.结果功能优良中16例(76.19%),差5例(23.81%);并发症种类多且发生率高.结论同种异体半关节移植重建肩膝关节不失为一种治疗骨肿瘤的有效手术.

The Use of Hemi-articular Allograft Transplantation for Reconstruction of Knee and Shoulder Joints: Report of Twenty-one Cases

Objective: To analyze the final results and complications of the use of hemi - articlar allografts for reconstruction of the knee and shoulder joints. Materials and Methods: 21 resections and hemi - articular allografts were performed for reconstruction of knee and shoulder joints. After operation the extremities were protected in plaster for six weeks to three months together with appllication of for three months and immunosuppressive drug for six months. All the patients with allografts had been followed up at a mean of 10. 5 years (range, 2 to 24. 8 years). Results: Sixteen (76. 19 percent) were graded as excellent or good or fair, and five (23. 81 percent) as poor. A lot of comlications occurred more frequently than usual. Conclusion: Reconstruction of knee and shoulder joints with hemi - articular allograft transplantation is rather an effective surgical procedure for treatment fo bone tumor near joint.
