布-加氏综合征合并肝癌5例分析

目的研究布-加氏综合征合并肝癌患者的临床特征,相关的辅助检查以及治疗方法的选择。方法收集我院5例布-加氏综合征合并肝癌的资料,分析症状和临床辅助检查所见的特征之间的关系,以及治疗方式的选择和治疗后转归。结果及结论5例患者中的4例布-加氏综合征合并肝癌患者下腔静脉球囊扩张及支架置入术后3例活动后心悸、气喘患者及2例下肢红肿疼痛伴发热患者症状消失。体能明显恢复。下腔静脉球囊扩张及支架置入术对布-加氏综合征合并肝癌患者能有效缓解症状,是临床治疗的理想供选方案。

Clinic study of Budd-Chiari syndrome combined with liver cancer

Objective To study patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome （BCS） combined with liver cancer for their clinical features,related auxiliary examination and treatment approaches. Methods Full scale information of 5 patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome （BCS） combined with liver cancer were collected,and symptoms and findings of auxiliary examination,and the correlation between therapy approaches and the outcome were analyzed. Results Four of the 5 patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome （BCS） combined with liver cancer underwent percutaneous balloon dilatation of inferior vena cava and stent placement for inferior vena cava （IVC）. Three of the 4 patients indicated disappeared symptoms of cardiopalmus after activity and asthma. Symptoms of lower limbs flare and fever disappeared in two patients,and strength was obvious recovered. Conclusions Percutaneous balloon dilatation of inferior vena cava and stent placement can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of BCS patients combined with liver cancer. It’s a suggested clinical therapeutic candidate for BCS patients combined with liver cancer.
