血清IL-6和TNFα监测老年肺癌病情进展及预后的临床研究

为研究细胞因子白细胞介素－６（ＩＬ－６）和肿瘤坏死因子α（ＴＮＦα）与老年肺癌病情和预后的关系，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了４０例老年肺癌患者血清ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦα的水平。结果表明：１．老年肺癌患者血清ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦα水平随着临床分期的进展而升高；有远处转移的晚期患者的血清ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦα水平明显高于无转移的早期患者；２．化疗有效、病情稳定和缓解的患者血清ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦα水平明显下降；化疗无效、病情进展者血清ＩＬ－６和ＴＮＦα的水平则升高；３．患者死亡前３个月内血清ＴＮＦα水平有持续升高的趋势。提示ＩＬ－６和（或）ＴＮＦα水平的升高可作为老年肺癌病人预后不良和病情进展的指标。

THE VALUES OF SERUM INTERLEUKIN6 AND TNF LEVELS ESTIMATION ON PROGNOSIS AND DISEASE PROGRESSION IN OLD PATIENTS WITH LUNG CANCER

The aims were to study the relationship between the serum levels of IL6 and TNF and disease progression, prognosis in the aged patients with lung cancer. Using an enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), the serum levels of interleukin6(IL6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) were measured in 40 aged patients with lung cancer. The results showed that the levels of IL6 and TNF were related to clinical status; patients with metastatic tumor had higher levels were with undisseminated (P<0.05). Decreases in IL6 serum level and TNF serum level were found in patients with stable disease and partial remission, but increases in patients with progression. In those patients an elevation of TNF before the patients deaths was observed. Following the changes of IL6 and TNF serum levels in the aged with lung cancer seems to be helpful in prognosis and disease progression of the disease.
