| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨早期乳腺癌保留乳房治疗的临床应用价值。方法：随访观察52例临床早期乳腺癌行局部广泛切除、全腋窝淋巴结清扫加术后放疗，并辅以化疗、内分泌治疗后的治疗效果。结果：52例中随访3年以上者35例，5年以上者16例，3年生存率100％，无瘤生存率100％；5年生存率93．8％，无瘤生存率93．8％；美容效果满意率达90.1％。结论：只要正确掌握手术指征及合理的切除范围，保证术后的综合治疗，选择部分早期乳腺癌病例行保乳手术治疗是安全有效可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of conservative operation for early breast cancer. Methods:Fifty-two patients with early breast carcinoma who underwent wide local excision, axillary nodes dissection and postoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy were followed-up to observer the clinical curative effect. Results:In 52 cases, 35 were followed up over 3 years and 16 cases over 5 years. The 3-year survival rate was 100%, and the survival rate of non neoplasm was 100%. The 5-year survival rate was 93.8%, and the survival rate of non neoplasm was 93.8%. The cosmetic satisfactory rate was 90.1%. Conclusion:If strict indication and necessary safe margin of resection is obeyed by, it is effective and feasible for conservative surgery in the treatment of some early breast cancers. |
