开塞露用于产后尿潴留的临床观察

目的:探讨开塞露对产后尿潴留的疗效.方法:随机选择60例产后尿潴留产妇,其中单数30例用开塞露为观察组;双数30例用常规方法为对照组.结果:观察组有效率96.8%,对照组有效率33.3%,观察组有效率明显高于对照组,两组差别有高度显效性P＜0.01.而且,短时间显效率(15min)明显高于对照组P＜0.01,说明开塞露用于产后尿潴留优于常规方法.另对50例产后尿潴留用开塞露以探讨不同分娩方式出现的尿潴留用该药后的排尿情况,结果显示无统计学意义,P＞0.05,开塞露解除尿潴留与产妇分娩方式无关,效果均较好.结论:此法操作简单,易使产妇接受,见效快,无副作用,可降低导尿率减少尿路感染机会.

Clinical observation of glyerin in the treatment of uroschesis postpartum

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of glyerin in the treatment of uroschesis postpartum.Method Sixty cases with uroschesis postparfum were divided into two groups at random.Among them the odd number used glylerin was erperimental group(n=30),the even number used routine method was contral group(n=30).Result The effective rate was 96.8% in the erperimental group,33.3% in the contral group.Comparted with the controls,the effecfive rate of erperimental group was significanfly higher than that of the controls. In addition,the effective rate in short fime(15min) of experimental group was significanfly higher than that of the controls.In order to determine the efficifive rate of glyerin in the different delivery way another 50 cases with uroschesis were studied.There was no significent difference between the experinental and the cortrols(P>0.05).The delievery ways were not related to the wroschesis treating with glyerin, the results were satisfactory.Conclusion This way is simple and convenient and has no side-effect,which can reduce the infection rate of urethra
