整体护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床应用

目的探讨整体护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床应用，以提供适合老年患者的最佳护理。方法94例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（34例），观察组实施整体护理，对照组则进行常规护理，出院后定期随访，观察180d内慢性心衰复发再人院率、2次以上再入院率、病死率、护理服务满意度。结果180d内再入院率和2次以上再入院率观察组分别为32．0％和10．8％，对照组分别为58．2％和32．5％，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的病死率、护理服务满意度分别为7．8％、91．2％，对照组分别为12．4％和52．6％（P〈0．05）。结论整体护理在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床应用，更有利于老年慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗与康复，有助于减少慢性心衰的复发，提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical Application of Holistic Nursing Care in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To explore the clinical application of holistic nursing care in elderly patients with chronic heart failure,so as to provide appropriate nursing care for them.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=60) had been given systematic approach to holistic nursing care.The control group(n=34) had been given routine nursing.All the patients in the two groups were followed up for 180 days after discharge.The re-hospitalization rate,multiple-hospitalization rate,mortality and satisfactory degree of nursing care were observed within 180 days of initial discharge from the hospital.Results Within 180 days of initial discharge from the hospital,the re-hospitalization rate and multiple-hospitalization rate in the observation group were 32.0% and 10.8%,significantly lower than those in the control group as 58.2% and 32.5%(P<0.05).The mortality and satisfactory degree of nursing care in the observation group were 7.8% and 91.2%,significantly lower than those in the control group as 12.4% and 52.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of holistic nursing care would benefit the treatment and rehabilitation for elderly patients with chronic heart failure,decrease recurrence rate of chronic heart failure,and improve their quality of life.
