| 摘 要： | 目的：总结头、胸、腹严重多发伤的抢救经验,评估救治结果.方法：对42例头、胸、腹严重多发伤患者的临床资料进行分析.结果：随访6～12个月,恢复良好17例（40.48%）,中残5例（11.90%）,重残3例（7.14%）,植物生存2例（4.76%）,死亡15例（35.71%）.结论：对头、胸、腹严重多发伤应及早诊断,及时抢救,防止漏诊、误诊,优先处理危及生命的损伤,是抢救成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the therapy experience in the severities multiple injuries of the head,chest and belly.Methods: Totally,42 case load of the severities multiple injuries of the head chest and belly were retrospectively analized.Results: Followed visiting 6 to 12 month,17 cases had a good recovery(40.48%).5 cases morderately disabled(11.90%),3 cases severely disabled(7.14%),and 2 cases vegetative(4.76%).15 cases were dead(35.71%).Conclusion: The key of successful therapy in the severities multiple injuries of the head,chest and belly is diagnosis early,treatment early,avoiding misdiagnosis,and processing endangers the vital harm firstly. |
