| 摘 要： | 在戊巴比妥钠麻醉下,采用双极引导方式记录家免胃窦部胃电慢波。观察光针“足三里”穴对分别切断隔下迷走神经、内脏大、小神经家兔胃电活动的影响。结果表明:光针可使切断迷走神经后家兔已降低的胃电波幅升高,而使切断内脏大、小神经后家兔已升高的胃电皮幅降低。针效通过迷走神经及交感神经传出,并可能与其中不同的神经纤维有关。

| Abstract: | Experiments were performed in anesthetized rabbits. The slow waves of EGG were recorded by bipolar eletrodes implanted in the gastric antrum. The results showed that He-Ne laser acupuncture on St 36 could increase and decrease respectively the amplitude of EGG which had been decreased after vagotomy and increased aftersplanchnicotomy. The vagus and the sympathetic nerves are the possible efferent pathways through which the effect of He-Ne alser acupuncture is elicited. |
