乙肝病毒前S1抗原与乙肝血清标志物及HBV-DNA的相关性分析

目的：分析乙肝病毒前S1抗原（PreS1-Ag）与乙肝血清标志物、HBV-DNA的相关性,探讨PreS1-Ag检测在乙肝诊断中的意义。方法：分别采用ELISA、PCR的方法对328例乙肝患者进行HBV血清标志物、前S1抗原及HBV-DNA的检测。结果：在HBsAg（＋）HBeAg（＋）HBcAb（＋）、HBsAg（＋）HBeAg（＋）的模式下,HBV-DNA、PreS1-Ag的检出率分别为86.8%、85.8%和100.0%、100.0%,两者的检出率间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在HBsAg（＋）HBeAb（＋）HBcAb（＋）、HBsAg（＋）HBcAb（＋）及HBsAg（＋）HBeAb（＋）的模式下,HBV-DNA、PreS1-Ag的检出率分别为43.2%、45.8%;47.3%、46.1%;10.0%、10.0%。在HBV-DNA（＋）情况下,PreS1-Ag的阳性率为86.9%,HBV-DNA和PreS1-Ag的阳性率也比较吻合。结论：PreS1-Ag与乙肝血清标志物及HBV-DNA密切关联,能够很好的反映乙肝病毒的复制及传染性,对于乙肝的诊治具有指导意义。

Analysis of the correlation on HBV PreS1-Ag,HBV serum markers and HBV-DNA

Objective：To study the relationship among PreS1-Ag,hepatitis B serum markers and HBV-DNA,and explore the clinical significance of PreS1.Methods：Respectively,HBV PreS1 and other serum markers were detected by ELSA,HBV-DNA were determined by PCR from 328 cases with hepatitis B virus.Results：HBV-DNA positive rate was 86.8%,100.0% and PreS1-Ag positive rate was 85.8%,100.0% in cases with HBsAg（＋） HBeAg（＋） HBcAb（＋）,HBsAg（＋） HBeAg（＋）,there were no significant differences in detection rate between two groups（P〉0.05）,in HBsAg（＋） HBeAb（＋） HBcAb（＋）,HBsAg（＋） HBcAb（＋） and HBsAg（＋） HBeAb（＋） mode next,HBV-DNA,PreS1-Ag detection rates were 43.2%,45.8%;47.3%,46.1%;10.0%,10.0%.In HBV-DNA（＋） cases,PreS1-Ag positive rate was 86.9%,the positive rate of HBV-DNA and PreS1-Ag was identical.Conclusion：There was a close relationship between HBV-DNA and PreS1,PreS1 has a diagnostic significance to reflect the replication and contagion of HBV.
