| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血液灌流技术抢救急性重度药物中毒病人的效果和安全性。方法：使用血液灌流配合常用药物抢救急性重度毒鼠强中毒、重度有机磷中毒和重度抗精神病药及安眠药中毒34例。结果：34例重度甲毒病人共灌流37次，其中32例痊愈，痊愈率达94．12％，明显高于未灌流病例(62．50％)；平均病程7．2d，短于未灌流病例12．5d，并且存活病例未出现严重不良反应和后遗症。结论：血液灌流技术是治疗急性重度药物中毒的安全有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of hemoperfusion in rescuing patients with severely poisoning Methods 34 cases with severity poison were saved with hemoperfusion combined with other drugs treatment Results after 37 times treatment with hemoperfusion, 32 cases among 34 patients with severe poisoning had been saved, the cure rate was 94 12%, that was higher than the non hemoperfusion group, the treatment time was shorter and had no serious adverse reaction and sequelae occurred in hemoperfusion group Conclusion the method of hemoperfusion in saving severity poison patients is effect and safety |
