肾上腺肿瘤的CT诊断(附38例分析)

目的:总结肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现及特征,探讨鉴别诊断依据。材料与方法:搜集有完整资料并经手术病理证实的肾上腺肿瘤38例,分析其大小、边缘、形态、密度及强化特征。结果:良性肿瘤体积一般较小,密度均匀,边界清楚。恶性肿瘤表现为不规则,分叶状,密度不均匀,强化可于肿瘤周边出现不规则低密度区的肿块。结论:CT对肾上腺肿瘤检出率高,在定性诊断上有重要参考价值。

CT Diagnosis of Adrenal Tumor

Purpose:To summarize CT features of adrenal tumors and to discuss the key points in its differentiation.Materials and Methods:CT findings in 38 patients with pathologically proved adrenal tumors were retrospectively analyzed,focusing on the size,margin,morphology,density and enhancement pattern of the lesion.Results:The benign tumor is relatively small in volume,even in density and clear in boundary.malignant tumor demonstrates amonalous patterns,leaf style and uneven density,lumps appear in the irregular low density area around the tumor.Conclusion:CT scan is very helpful in detecting adrenal tumor and provides important for qualitative diagnosis.
