摘    要:目的了解驻湘西某部营区周边蚊虫种群构成、密度情况,为有效预防虫媒传染病的发生提供参考。方法在驻区周边4个方向各选取猪圈、稻田、人居作为调查点,采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯进行诱捕。结果共捕获成蚊19 605只,分为3属4种,其中三带喙库蚊占98.18%,中华按蚊占1.28%,三带喙库蚊为某部营区周边优势蚊种。不同方向蚊虫捕捉数量无差异,但经LSD两两比较,稻田与人居之间三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊捕捉数量存在差异(P0.05),其他调查点之间无差异。在捕获的成蚊中,饱血蚊占2.62%,三带喙库蚊与中华按蚊吸血率存在显著差异(P0.01)。结论驻湘西某部营区周边蚊虫种类构成与密度情况,具备传播乙型脑炎病毒的媒介条件。

Abstract:Objective To observe the population composition and the density of the mosquitoes around troop camps in Xiangxi, and provide reference for mosquito control. Methods Selecting four directions around Troops zone as survey spots (the pig sty, paddy field and human habitat ), using the carbon dioxide mosquito-lured lamp to lure mos- quitoes . Results 19 605 aduh mosquitoes captured in the survey could be classified into 3 category and 4 spe- cies. Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 98.18% followed by Anopheles sinensis for 1.28%. There was little differ- ence between the number of the mosquitoes caught in different direction, but the numbers of the mosquitoes caught in the paddy field and human habitat were much different ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Full blood mosquitoes took percentage of 2.62. There was significant difference in bloodsucking rate between Cx. tritaeniorhynchus and An. sinensis (P 〈 0.01). Con- clusion The population composition and the density of the mosquito around troop camps display the potential of mosquito bom disease.
