心理状态与器官移植预后相关性的研究进展

近半个世纪以来,随着器官移植技术的日渐成熟,伴发的相关问题也越来越受重视。近几年来很多关于器官移植的研究发现器官移植患者容易出现各种心理问题,如焦虑、抑郁等,并提示这些心理问题也同时影响着器官移植的预后。本文总结了近几年来关于心理状态与器官移植预后相关性的文献,包括肝移植、心脏移植、肺移植和肾移植,从移植存活率以及术后并发症的发病率两方面分析其与移植患者心理状态的相关性,从而了解器官移植患者心理状态对移植预后的影响。

Progress of the correlation between mental states and organ transplant prognosis

Nearly half a century,as the maturing of organ transplant technology,a series of related problems are getting more attention.In recent years,many studies find that organ transplant recipients prone to suffer psychological problems, such as anxiety,depression,and these problems may also affect the prognosis of organ transplantation.This paper sum-marize the literature of recent years which refer to correlation between psychological state and prognosis of organ trans-plantion,including liver,heart,lung and renal transplantion,analyzing the correlation between prognosis of transplantion and psychological state,to understand the influence of psychological state on prognosis of transplantion.
