新疆伊犁三道河地区蚊种组成及昼夜消长

摘    要:目的调查新疆伊犁霍城三道河地区蚊虫种类及昼夜消长情况。方法采用人帐诱法于某部队营区内外选取3种不同生境(营区外畜圈、营区外菜地和营区内小树林),每小时人帐诱采集蚊虫15 min,计算捕获蚊虫数并进行鉴定分类。结果 3种生境共捕获蚊虫2 460只,蚊种有刺扰伊蚊、里海伊蚊、哈萨克斯坦伊蚊、凶小库蚊、尖音库蚊、米赛按蚊、萨氏按蚊、赫坎按蚊、环跗脉毛蚊和日本脉毛蚊。营区外菜地和营区内树林的昏峰在晚23:00,昏峰分别在早7:00和早6:00,营区外畜圈的蚊虫活动的昏峰较晚在晚24:00,晨峰不明显。结论 3种生境中库蚊占绝对优势,其中尖音库蚊为主要蚊种,营区外畜圈生境中蚊种较为丰富,相对于其他两个生境采集到的按蚊所占比例较高。

Mosquito distribution and population circadian rhythm in Sandaohe area of Yili Kazak autonomous prefecture of Xinjiang

Abstract:Objective To investigate the circadian rhythm of mosquitoes in Sandaohe area of Yili Kazak autonomous prefecture through men-net-bait.Methods Three different habitats were selected as the sampling sites,including livestock pens outside the camp,vegetable fields outside the camp and woods inside the camp,and men-net-bait was used in sampling.Results The total number of mosquitoes collected from the 3 habitats were 2 460,of which 1 569 from livestock pens,580 from vegetable fields,and 311 from woods.The populations of mosquitoes were collected from4 genera and 10 species,including Aedes vexans,Ae.caspius,Ae.kasachstanicus,Culex modestus,Cx.pipiens,Anopheles messeae,An.sacharovi,An.hyrcanus,Culiseta annulata and Culiseta nipponica.Mosquito collected from the 2 habitats showed similar circadian rhythm with the peak time of action from 24 h,all the populations collected from the 3 habitats showed dusk peaks of action.Conclustion Most of Culex are collected from the 3 habitats,Culex pipiens pipiens is the dominant species.
