| 摘 要： | 便秘是颅脑手术后昏迷患者最常见的临床并发症之一。由于长期卧床不能自主活动和禁食,使肠蠕动慢从而引起便秘。临床护理患者过程中为保持大便通畅使用了各种各样的办法：传统灌肠法、外贴敷、按摩等。本文就颅脑手术后昏迷患者便秘给予各种干预的相关护理进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Constipation is one of the most common clinical complications in patients with coma after cranio cerebral operation.Due to the long bed autonomic activities can not and fasting,the slow peristalsis can cause constipation.To maintain smooth stool using a variety of methods in clinical nursing process： traditional enema,and sticking,massage. Nursing progress in cranio cerebral operation for coma patients with constipation given various intervention are re-viewed. |
