新疆北屯地区蚊虫孳生地调查及其生物防治研究

摘    要:目的调查新疆北屯地区蚊虫孳生地的情况,在此基础上进行生物防治研究。方法在北屯地区广泛调查各种水体,幼虫密度采用捞勺法,对生物药剂Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.israelensiss(简称Bti)进行室内生测和野外试验。结果北屯地区蚊虫主要孳生水体有排碱渠水体、洪水性水体和漫灌林带水体,其幼虫的平均密度分别为68.6、92.3和184.4只/500 ml。Bti药剂室内生测LC50和LC90分别为0.055和0.198 mg/L,野外试验48 h防效可达96%。结论北屯地区孳生地蚊虫密度较高,Bti药剂对蚊幼虫有较好防效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate breeding places of mosquito in Beitun , and study its biological control. Methods The larva density in various kinds of water were investigated in Beitun region,indoor bioassay and field tri- als of biological agents (Bacillus thuringiensis subsp, israelensiss, Bti) were carried. Results There were drainage channel water, the flood waters and flooding irrigation water respectively. Density of immature mosquito in three kinds of breeding water were 68.6,92.3 and 184.4 pieces per 500 ml. LC50 and LC90 of indoor bioassay of biological agents were 0. 055 and 0. 198 mg/L. The control effect reached 96% by using biological agent in field trials. Conclusion Density of mosquito is higher at breeding place of mosquitoes in Beitun. Biological agent ( Bacillus thuringiensis sub- sp. israclensis,Bti) is very effective to control mosquitoes,
