加强护理实验室管理,培养学生的综合能力

护理是一门最精细的艺术,也是一门动手能力很强的学科,特别是护理操作技能在很大程度上直接影响整个护理质量,这就要求护理专业学生在进入临床工作之前,应具备较强的动手能力及临床思维能力。只有具备这种能力,护生才能较快进入护士角色,较好地完成毕业实习任务。因此,在适应教学目标、教学模式、教学内容转变的同时,应进一步切实加强护理实验室的开放管理,从管理中培养学生的综合能力,以期更好地服务于患者,体现本专业特有的魅力。

Therefore,with the adaptation of teaching goal,mode,and content of course changing,at the same time,open management of nursing laboratory should be further strengthened,from which student’s comprehensive ability can be cultivated in or-der to provide better service for patient,which can reflect the charm of the major.
