24h动态心电图在冠心病合并心绞痛中的诊断价值

目的探讨24 h动态心电图在冠心病合并心绞痛中的诊断价值。方法收集2011-2013年疑似诊断为心绞痛型冠心病患者60例,通过冠状动脉造影方法确诊60例患者中有32例心绞痛型冠心病患者设为研究组,28例非典型性心绞痛型冠心病患者设为对照组,对两组患者均进行3导联同步24 h动态心电图检查,然后指派固定的临床住院医师及时记录检测结果,患者在进行动态心电图监测过程中的生活状态、活动情况,并进行统计学分析。结果研究组ST-T改变阳性率为71.88%,对照组ST-T改变阳性率为21.43%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论冠心病合并心绞痛患者动态心电图ST-T改变阳性率与疾病本身有很大关联,应对患者进行动态心电图检测,同时结合实际病情和生活状况,对病情做出准确判断。

Diagnosis value of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease complicated with angina

Objective To discuss the diagnosis value of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease complicated with angina. Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with suspected anginal coronary artery disease from 2011 to 2013 were collected.It was confirmed by coronary angiography that 32 cases of 60 patients suffered from anginal coronary artery disease as study group,28 patients suffered from atypical anginal coronary heart disease as control group.Both groups of patients received 3-lead and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiographic examination.Then fixed clini-cal resident doctors were assigned to record the patients’ test results timely,the patients’ life status and activity during the dynamic electrocardiographic examination process,the results were analyzed statistically. Results The positive rate of ST-T change in study group was 71.88% and that in control group was 21.43%,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The positive rate of dynamic electrocardiographic ST-T change in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with angina is largely related to disease,therefore dynamic electrocardiographic examination should be con-ducted among the patients and their actual state of illness and life status should be combined at the same time in order to determine the patients’state of illness accurately.
