厦门口岸输入性蝇类和蟑螂携带致病菌监测

摘    要:目的对厦门口岸输入性蝇类、蟑螂携带致病细菌进行监测,防止相关疾病的输入和流行。方法通过对送检样品进行洗脱、增菌、初筛、微生物分类纯化培养,然后用全自动微生物鉴定系统对分离的细菌进行种属鉴定。结果从输入性蝇类、蟑螂中共分离鉴定出22属40种细菌,其中革兰氏阳性菌9种,阴性菌31种。结论输入性蝇类、蟑螂携带多种致病或条件致病菌,应加强口岸医学媒介生物的监测和卫生检疫处理,防止医学媒介生物的输入及相应传染病的传播和流行。

Abstract:Objective To detect pathogens carried by flies and cockroaches in Xiamen port,and provide technical guidance for port health treatment.Methods The bacteria were identified by Automated Microbial Identification System after the isolation from samples.Results 40 species of bacteria were isolated and identified from the imported flies and cockroaches.These bacteria belonged to 22 genera.9 species were Gram-positive bacterial,and 31 species Gram-negative bacteria.Conclusion The results show that imported flies and cockroaches carried a variety of pathogenic or opportunistic pathogens.It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of flies and cockroaches in the ports.
