固表定喘法联合匹多莫德治疗儿童哮喘的临床研究

目的探讨固表定喘法联合匹多莫德治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效及其对哮喘患儿肺功能和免疫功能的影响。方法将105例发作期哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组55例采用固表定喘法联合匹多莫德治疗,对照组50例采用静脉给予抗感染对症药物治疗。观察2组治疗有效率、1 a内复发次数、肺功能及免疫功能的变化情况。结果 2组治疗后均有效、肺功能均有改善,但治疗组的有效率和肺功能改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗组治疗后1 a内复发次数和免疫功能情况亦均有明显改善(P均<0.05),而对照组治疗前后无显著变化。结论固表定喘法联合匹多莫德能有效地缓解发作期哮喘患儿的症状、并能减少其复发次数、改善其肺功能及免疫功能情况,具有很好的远期疗效。

Clinical study on the therapy for childhood asthma with Gubiqiaodingchuan method combined with pidotimod

Objective It is to study the clinical efficacy of Gubiaodingchuan method combined with pidotimod on childhood asthma,and to explore its effects on pulmonary function and immune function in asthmatic children.Methods 105 cases of children with asthma in onset period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group with 55 cases were treated with gubiaodingchuan method combined with pidotimod,and the control group with 50 cases were given intravenous anti-infective and symptomatic therapy.The efficient rate,recurrence times within a year,the change of lung function and immune function were observed in both groups.Results After treatment,the therapy was effective,and lung function were improved in both groups,but the treatment group’s efficiency and lung function improvement was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Within one year after treatment,recurrence times and immune function of treatment group had significantly improved(P<0.05),while no signficant changes was found in the control group before and after treatment.Conclusion Gubiaodingchuan method combined with poditimod can effectively relieve the symptoms of children with asthma exacerbation,and reduce the recurrence times,improve lung function and immune function,so it has a good long term efficacy.
