运用膝关节熏洗器中药熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

目的观察运用膝关节熏洗器中药熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组采用中药热敷加红外光治疗,治疗组运用膝关节熏洗器进行中药熏洗治疗,2组疗程均为3周。观察2组治疗后VAS疼痛评分和Lequesne指数改善情况、临床疗效、舒适率和不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗后VAS疼痛评分、Lequesne功能指数、临床疗效及舒适率比较均有显著性差异,治疗组无明显不良反应。结论运用膝关节熏洗器中药熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,舒适性和安全性好,值得推广应用。

Clinical study on the treatment for knee osteoarthritis by knee joint fumigating-washing machine with Chinese herbal medicine

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of knee joint fumigating-washing machine with Chinese herbal medicine on knee osteoarthritis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by hot compress with Chinese herbal medicine and infrared light therapy,the treatment group was treated by fumigating-washing method with knee joint fumigating-washing machine with Chinese herbal medicine.Both the treatment courses were 3 weeks.The improvement of VAS pain scores and Lequesne index,clinical curative effect,comfortable rate and side effect were observed after treatment in both groups.Results There were significant differences in VAS pain scores and Lequesne index,clinical curative effect,comfortable rate between the two groups,and there was no obvious side effect in treatment groups.Conclusion The therapy with knee joint fumigating-washing machine with Chinese herbal medicine has a significant curative effect on knee osteoarthritis with good comfort and safety,so it is worth to spread and apply in clinic.
