摘    要:目的探讨调理脾胃灸法对终末期肾脏病维持性血液透析患者营养状况的影响。方法将109例终末期肾脏病维持性血液透析患者采用分层随机法分为观察组58例和对照组51例,均采用西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用足三里、三阴交两穴灸疗。比较2组治疗前后MQSGA积分、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、干体质量、握力变化,进行营养状况评价。结果治疗后观察组轻中度营养不良患者比例由治疗前58%下降到36%,并在随访后保持在27%;MQSGA积分由治疗前(11.96±2.86)分下降到(10.13±1.61)分,并在随访后保持在(10.17±1.74)分。对照组无明显变化。结论调理脾胃灸法能够改善终末期肾脏病维持性血液透析患者的营养状况,且疗效持续时间较长。

Abstract:Objective It is to explore the effect of regulating spleen-stomach moxibustion on nutritional status in hemodialysis patients with kidney disease in final stage.Methods 109 hemodialysis patients with kidney disease in final stage were randomly divided into observation group(58 cases) and control group(51 cases),both were treated with western medical normal therapy,and the observation group was added with moxibustion on Zusanli and Sanyinjiao points.The changes of MQSGA scores,hemoglobin,serum albumin,dry weight and hand strength before and after treatment were compared,and the nutritional status was evaluated.Results After treatment,the proportion of slight and mild malnutrition patients was decreased from 58% before treatment to 36% after treatment,and 27% was maintained during the following up.MQSGA scores were decreased form(11.96±2.86) before treatment to(10.13±1.61) after treatment,and(10.17±1.74) was maintained during the following up.There was no obvious change in the control group.Conclusion Regulating spleen-stomach moxibustion can improve the nutritional status in hemodialysis patients with kidney disease in final stage,and the curative effect can last for a long time.
