贝前列素钠治疗糖尿病心脏自主神经病变疗效评价

目的通过比较2型糖尿病并心脏自主神经病变患者服用贝前列素钠前、后心率变异性(HRV)及其QT离散度(QT-d)的变化,评价其治疗糖尿病心脏自主神经病变的作用。方法收集2型糖尿病并心脏自主神经病变患者68例,分为治疗组和对照组,均接受常规治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上接受贝前列素钠40μg,每日3次,对照组接受安慰剂,总疗程24 w。运用24 h动态心电图检测患者治疗前后心率变异性指标及QT-d,治疗前后及组间进行比较。结果治疗组心率变异性各项指标指标在治疗后均有显著提高,QT-d明显改善,自主神经症状明显好转,与对照组比较有显著意义。结论贝前列素钠可以提高HRV,改善QT-d,缓解自主神经症状,改善糖尿病并心脏自主神经病变患者的预后。

EVALUATION ABOUT EFFECT OF ORAL BERAPROST SODIUM ON CARDIAC AUTONMIC NEUROPATHY DUE TO DIABETES MELLITUS

Objective To study the influence of beraprost sodium on heart rate variability （HRV） and QT - d in diabetes patients complicated with cardiac autonomic neuropathy. Methods A total of 68 pa- tients were assigned to receive 40ug oral beraprost sodium for 24 weeks. The change of the heart rate variabili- ty（HRV） parameters and QT - d of all patienes was detected using 24 - hour DCG （ dynamic electrocardio- gram）, and the efficacy of oral beraprost sodium on HRV in diabetics with cardiac autonomic neuropathy was investigated. Results In the treatment group, HRV parameters and QT - d had a significant improvement 24 weeks after receiving treatment as against before treatment, cardiac autonomic neuropathy improved signifi- cantly, and there were significances as compared with control group. Conclusion The oral beraprost sodium can increase HRV and can improve the prognosis of cardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients with diabetes.
