| 摘 要： | 目的建立藏药复方郎庆阿塔颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别方中黄芪、甘草、人工牛黄、余甘子和肉豆蔻。结果薄层色谱清晰,空白对照无干扰。结论该方法专属性强、分离度高、重复性好,结果可靠,可为藏药复方郎庆阿塔颗粒质量标准的定性鉴别提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a thin-layer chromatography(TLC) identification method for tibetan medicine Compound Granules of Langqing Ata.Methods TLC was employed to identify radix astragali,liquorice,artificial calculus bovis,phyllanfhus and nutmeg in the formula.Results The chromatograms were clear and no interference was observed in blank control.Conclusion The established TLC method is convenient with strong specificity,high resolution,and good repeatability,which can provide foundation for qualitative analysis in quality standard of tibetan Compound Granule of Langqing Ata. |
