可得力口服液对小鼠抗应激作用和免疫功能影响的实验研究

目的观察可得力口服液对小鼠的抗应激作用和免疫调节功能的影响。方法采用耐常压缺氧法、抗疲劳法、耐高温法试验,观察小鼠存活时间,计算最大耐受量;采用小鼠碳粒廓清法、小鼠血清溶血素、皮肤迟发性过敏试验方法考察可得力口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果可得力口服液可使小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的存活时间和游泳存活时间显著延长,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05),但不能提高小鼠的耐高温能力;可得力口服液可提高巨噬细胞吞噬能力、血清溶血素水平,增强皮肤迟发性变态反应。结论可得力口服液具有抗应激作用,可增强机体免疫功能。

Experimental study of the effect of Kedeli oral liquid on anti stress capability and immunological function in mice

Objective It is to observe the effect of Kedeli oral liquid on the immunological function and anti-stress capability in mice.Methods Tolerating normal pressure anoxia test and anti-fatigue test,high temperature living test were detected to observe mouse living time,and the largest tolerance was calculated.Carob particle clearance method,serum hemolysin,skin delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) reaction were used to observe the effect of Kedeli oral liquid on the immunological function in the mice.Results Kedeli oral liquid could significantly increase mouse living time under the condition of normal pressure hypoxia and increase swimming living time.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P both<0.05),but it couldn’t strengthen the mouse’s high temperature tolerance ability.Kedeli oral liquid cound enhance phagocytic function of macrophage and rise up serum hemolysin level,and increase the DTH reaction.Conclusion Kedeli oral liquid can improve the immunological function and anti-stress capability of organism.
