穴位敷贴治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

目的观察穴位敷贴治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对外周血血液流变学指标及纤维蛋白原(Fg)含量的影响。方法将70例临床确诊的冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组患者均给予常规内科治疗,治疗组患者还同时给予穴位敷贴,均治疗2周为1个疗程。观察2组患者治疗后的临床疗效,比较2组患者治疗前后外周血血液流变学指标和Fg的含量。结果经1个疗程治疗后,治疗组的中医证候疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效均优于对照组;血液流变学指标和Fg含量与对照组比较均存在显著性差异。结论穴位敷贴治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效好,可能与降低血液流变学指标及Fb水平有关。

Observation of the effect of point application on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of point application on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,indexes of hemorheology in peripheral blood,and Fg concentration.Methods 70 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease diagnosed in clinic were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All the patients in both groups were given normal medical treatment,while the patients in treatment group were added with point application.Both the treatment course was two weeks.The clinical effects after treatment in both groups were observed,indexes of hemorheology in peripheral blood,and Fg concentration before and after treatment were observed.Results After one month’s treatment,the curative effect of Chinese medical syndrome,angiona pectoris,ECG in treatment group were better than that of control group.Compared with control group,there were significant differences in indexes of hemorheology and Fg concentration.Conclusion Point application has a good curative effect on angina pectoris,which may be related with its effect on diseasing hemorheology and Fg level.
