复方桂朴片中厚朴提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选复方桂朴片中厚朴的提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验设计及综合评分法,以厚朴酚、和厚朴酚及出膏率为检测指标,考察了不同影响因素和水平对厚朴提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为10倍量体积分数为75%的乙醇,提取3次,每次1.5h。结论优选的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technique of Magnolia of ficinalis in Compound Guipu Tablets.Methods Orthogonal test and synthetic mark were employed,in which magnolol,honokiol and paste rates were used as evaluation maker,for investigating the influence on extracting process of Magnolia of ficinalis by different extracting factors and levels.Results The optimized extraction conditions were extraction three times by 10 times the volume fraction of 75% ethanol,with 1.5 h each time.Conclusion The optimal extraction technique is reasonable,stable and feasible.
