高龄冠心病患者血浆B型利钠肽、D二聚体水平变化的临床意义

目的研究高龄冠心病患者血浆B型利钠肽(BNP)、D二聚体(D-D)水平与疾病发生发展的相关性,为临床诊治高龄冠心病提供一定的依据。方法收集2013年1月至12月来我院就诊和体检的年龄≥75岁的人群资料,选取冠心病患者60例作为研究组,体检健康者30例作为对照组,对两组患者的BNP和D-D进行比较并判断其与冠心病的相关性。结果两者相比,冠心病患者血浆中BNP和D-D水平都明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论血浆BNP和D-D联合检测,对高龄冠心病患者的诊断和治疗有一定的临床意义。

The Clinical Significance of Plasma B type Natriuretic Peptide two D-dimer Level Chan-ges in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore coronary heart disease plasma BNP and D-dimer ( D-D ) levels the correlation between the occurrence and development of disease,It will provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods collecte the data of aged 75 years or older population from 2013 January to December in our hospital,and medical examination,In 60 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as study group,30 normal cases as control group, Comparison of two groups of patients with BNP and D-D levels. Results Compared with the former,the levels of BNP and D-D in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusion Combined detection of plasma BNP and D-D,has cer-tain clinical significance for diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.
