| 摘 要： | 本文对３１２例糖尿病患者进行了回顾性分析。结果发现随着年龄增长，糖尿病患病率逐渐增加，发生ＭＳＯＦ的机会增加，病死率增高。ＭＳＯＦ最常见的诱因是感染，其高危因素与感染、休克、急性代谢紊乱及糖尿病性心、脑、肾等严重并发症及合并症如高血压及肺结核等因素有关。

| Abstract: | 1 2. 39e:of diabete:are analysed in this article.The results demonstrate that them. rbidity rate of diabetes,the possibilites of the occurrence of MSOF and mortality in-crease gradually with the patients getting old. Infection is the most common reasim toinduce MSOF. The high risk factor of diabetes has something to do with inection,shock,acute metabolic disorder and serious cardic, cerebral,and nephric complicatons suchas high blood pressure,tuberculosis of lungs and so on |
