摘    要:高能冲击波(HESW)处理人体膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)和人体胃腺癌细胞株(SGC一7901)后,发现两肿瘤细胞线粒体肿胀扩张,嵴扭曲变形,粗面内质网扩张脱颗粒;TCC之核染色质溶解,严重者核膜破裂,核内容物外溢。本组用电镜图象的立体定量法研究了不同条件冲击波与肿瘤细胞损伤程度的关系,结果显示HESW电压越高,肿瘤细胞受损越重,相同条件冲击波处理后TCC比SGC-7901受损更为显著。本实验表明HESW主要损伤肿瘤细胞重要的细胞器如线粒体、内质网等,干扰其代谢和功能,从而抑制其生长;HESW能量大小与肿瘤受损程度有关;HESW对不同肿瘤细胞的每感性不同。

Abstract:The in vitro effects of high energy shock waves(HESW)on human bladder transitional cell carci-noma(Tcc)and gastric adenocarcinoma cell line (SGC-7901) were investigated.After exposure of the cellsuspensions of the two tumor cells to HESW,their cell ultrastructures were oberved. The resultsdemonstrated that mitochondria were swollen and contained distorted cristae : the rough endoplasmicreticula were dilated and degranulated and disaggregated. In order to indentify the degrees of cell-damaging,the mitochondria volume density (Vv), damaged mitochondria numerical density on area(Na)and mitochondria damage rate (Mr)were detected by quantitative stereologic analysis,We found thatVv, Na and Mr were higher than that of the control group and Mr of TCC was higher than that ofSGC-7901. These findings indicate that HESW can kill human tumor cells by damaging the tumor cellorganella and tumor cells are injured more seriously with increasing KV of HESW.
