摘 要: | 目的探讨神经节苷脂对低出生体重儿(LBW)神经行为的影响。方法将单胎LBW 72例随机分为治疗组42例和对照组30例。所有患儿在综合治疗各项并发症、给予营养指导及早期干预基础上,治疗组在生后第3 d给予GM1静脉点滴,10 d为1个疗程,休息20 d,共进行2~5个疗程。在患儿6个月、12个月时,采用Gesell量表进行神经发育评价。结果 6个月时,治疗组DQ分值均高于对照组,各能区分值比较:大运动、社会适应能区两组差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05),而精细运动、语言、个人-社会能区两组差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05);12个月时,治疗组5大能区DQ分值均高于对照组,各能区干预效果显著,尤其大运动、精细运动能区两组差异有非常显著性意义(P〈0.01),而其他能区两组差异具有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。结论神经节苷脂能促进低出生体重儿的神经行为发育,可预防和降低神经系统后遗症的发生,改善预后。

Abstract: | Objective To study the neurobehavior effect of GM-1 on LBW infants.Methods 72 cases of single fetus of LBW were divied into treatment group(42 cases) and control group(30 cases) randomly.On the basis treatment of complicating disease,nutrition guidance and early intervention,GM-1 was given by intravenous drip in the treatment group 3rd days after birth,and 10 days as one course of treatment,20 days rest,about 2-5 course were done in all.When the neonates were 6 months old and 12 months old respectively use Gesell seale to evaluate Assessment of neutral development were performed by Gesell seale when 6 months and 12 months aged.Results The DQ score in treatment group was higher than control group when six months aged.The scores of gross movement and social adjustment ability have obviously difference between two groups(P〈0.05).However,in fine movement,language,individual and society abilities,there has no obviously significance(P〈0.05).When 12 months old,the DQ scores in five main attributes were higher than that in control group.The intervention effects in every attribute were obviously,especially the differences in gross movement and fine movement(P〈0.01).There have obvious significance in the other two attributes(P〈0.05).Conclusion GM-1 can not only improve neurobehavior development of LBW infants,but also prevent and decrease the sequelae of nervous system.What′s more the prognosis will be improved. |
