单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型感染与宫颈病变的关系

对42例宫颈活检组织用免疫细胞化学的方法检测单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV-2)抗原,探讨其与宫颈病变的关系。结果宫颈鳞癌、宫颈息肉及慢性宫颈炎 HSV-2免疫阳性反应的病例数较高,分别占88.9%、77.8%和68.4%,宫颈腺癌和子宫内膜腺癌累及宫颈者均为阴性反应.结果表明宫颈鳞癌、宫颈息肉及慢性宫颈炎的发病与 HSV-2关系密切,但因果关系尚需进一步研究.

Correlation of Cervical Diseases with Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2

Herpes simplex virus type 2(HSV-2)in cervical biopsy was determined by using im- munocytochemical technique in 42 cases with different cervical diseases.The results showed that there were the high frequence of positive immunoreaction in the squamous cell carcino- ma of cervix(88.9%),cervical polyps(77.8%)and chronic cervicitis(68.4%).On the other hand,all 5 cases with cervical adenocarcinoma and adenocarcinoma of endometrium invading the cervix were negative.This indicates that the pathological courses of squamons cell carci- noma of cervix,cervical polyps and chronic cervicitis have close correlation with the infection of HSV-2.Further study is needed for understanding the causality of those diseases and in- fection of HSV-2.
