| 摘 要： | 目的 分析同期双侧孔源性视网膜脱离的临床特点。方法 对 1997年 10月～ 2 0 0 1年 10月期间收治的 17例同期双侧孔源性视网膜脱离的临床表现及治疗情况进行分析。结果 在 17例双眼视网膜脱离患者中 ,11例年龄小于 35岁 ,14例为近视患者 ,10例仅存在单眼主观症状 ,12例患者发现多发对称性视网膜裂孔。结论 青少年近视是双眼视网膜脱离的高危因素 ,多数双眼视网膜脱离患者仅有单眼主观症状 ,且存在双眼对称性视网膜裂孔

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical feature of bilateral rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods A retrospective analysis of the medical records of 17 cases of bilateral rhegmatogenous retinal detachment from Oct 1997 to Oct 2001 was carrid out.Results Eleven out of 17 cases were under 35 years of age.14 cases were myopic,10 cases presented with unilateral symptoms,12 cases presented multiple round holes and symmetry retinal degenerative.Conclusions Myopia in adolescent is a high predisposing factor of bilateral rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,Most patients complain symptoms in only one eye.but presenting with symmetrical hole in both eyes |
