INR在口服抗凝剂患者中的应用

目的 探讨国际标准化比率INR对口服抗凝剂患者的药物监测效果。方法 用兔脑组织凝血活酶和进口人脑组织凝血活酶试剂分别检测49例口服抗凝剂患者组和50例正常对照组的凝血酶原时间PTS、凝血酶原时间比率PTR和国际标准化比率（INR）。结果 两种试剂中以INR报告方式对药物所致的凝血因子缺乏监测最为标准。结论 在门服抗凝剂的监控中，为克服组织凝血活酶试剂敏感性对PT结果的影响，应积极推行国际标准化比率（INR）报告方式。

Application of INR in the oral anticoagulation

Objective To study international normalization ratio(INR) for monitoring warfarin therapy. Methods Prothrom-bin times were measured in 49 orally anticoagulated patients and 50 nonnal served as controls using two different commercial thromboplastin reagents, a rabbit brain thromboplastin and a human brain thromboplastin, the results were reported with second, PTR or INR. Results Reporting prothrombin times is used to monitor warfarin therapy as an international normalized ratio (INR) . Conclusion IN the patients with warfarin therapy, as an international normalized ratio (INR) has been proposed as a way to eliminate interlaboratory differences in test results caused by the use of thromboplastins with different sensitivities.
