显微手术夹闭颅内动脉瘤的手术体会(附33例报告)

目的探讨破裂颅内动脉瘤的临床特点及手术夹闭治疗效果.方法回顾性分析临床随访6个月以上的33例诊断明确的破裂颅内动脉瘤患者资料,总结颅内动脉瘤出血的临床特点及治疗经验.结果本组33例患者中,死亡3例(9%),重残3例(9%),轻残7例(21%),恢复良好20例(61%),随访半年以上,未见动脉瘤再次破裂出血.结论对诊断明确的颅内动脉瘤及早手术干预,能减少再出血,降低死残率.

The operating experience of microsurgery in clapping the intracranial aneurysm (33 case reports attached)

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the ruptured intracranial aneurysms and the treatment result of the microsurgery in clapping it.Methods 33 cases that had been diagnosed as ruptured intracranial aneurysm were reviewed and the clinical performance and the operating experience were analysed by following up all patients for more than six months.Results In all 33 cases there were 3 cases of death(9%),3 cases with severe disability(9%)and 7 cases with light disability(21%).All the others were well recovered(61%).After visiting all patients for more than six months no aneurysms ruptured again.Conclusion Surgical treatment of the ruptured intracranial aneurysm as early as possible will decrease the aneurysm blooding risk and the rate of death and disability of the patients with intracranial aneurysm.
