短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉功能与ABCD评分的相关性

目的通过超声测定短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）患者颈动脉功能,探讨与ABCD评分的相关性。方法比较52例TIA患者和48例对照组在服用硝苯地平前后的颈动脉内径、收缩期峰值血流、舒张期峰值血流的超声测定值,由此计算血流介导的舒张功能（FMD）。FMD与TIA患者ABCD评分之间进行相关性分析。结果 TIA组的负荷前内径与正常组无显著差别,负荷前后收缩期和舒张期血流速度均小于正常组,负荷后内径小于正常组,FMD小于正常组,差异均有显著性。颈动脉FMD与ABCD呈负相关（r=-0.58,P〈0.01）。结论超声测定的TIA患者颈动脉功能变化可作为评价病情严重程度的指标。

The Correlation of Corotid Function and ABCD Score In Transient Ischemic Attack Patients

Objective To explore the correlation of corotid function measured by ultrasound and ABCD score in transient ischemic attack patients.Methods In 52 TIA patients and 48 control groups,the carotid artery internal diameter,the systolic peak flow （Speak）and diastolic peak flow（D-peak） before and after oral nifedipin measured by ultrasound,then the flow-mediated dilation（FMD） was counted.After that,the correlation of FMD and ABCD score were estimated.Results The carotid artery internal diameter after oral nifedipin and the S/D-peak before or after oral nifedipin in TIA patients groups is significant less than in control groups. The correlation of FMD and ABCD is negative（r=-0.58,P0.01）.Conclusion The corotid function measured by ultrasound may be one of the severity index of TIA patients.
