1,6-二磷酸果糖对缺血再灌注损伤心肌的保护作用与抗脂质过氧化的关系

目的　探讨 1,6 二磷酸果糖 (FDP)的抗再灌注心律失常作用与脂质过氧化的关系。方法　应用硫代巴比妥酸法和肌酸固定法 ,分别测定丙二醛 (MDA)及血清肌酸激酶 (CK)在家兔心肌缺血和再灌注条件下的含量变化。结果　心肌缺血组SD大鼠CK含量升高 (与对照组比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;缺血再灌注组血清CK含量和MDA含量均急剧上升 (与心肌缺血组比较 ,P <0 .0 1) ;FDP组CK含量和MDA含量均显著降低 (与缺血再灌注组比较 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　再灌后心肌损伤加重 ;FDP对再灌注心肌损伤有明显的保护作用。

Relations between Protective Effects of Fructose-1, 6-Diphosphate on Myocardia-Reperfusion Injury and Anti-lipid Peroxide

Objective To probe into whether the effect of 1,6 fructose diphosphate on anti myocardial reperfusion arrhythmia relates to lipid peroxide. Method To make a study of its relation by means of experiment on animals. The changes of CK and MDA level were determined using thiobarbituric acid method and creatine fixation method in SD rat of myocardial reperfusion. Result The experimental result showed as fellows: CK content of serum went up after coronary occlussion of SD rat (compared with control, P <0.05). CK and MDA content of serum went up after coronary returned to be poured (compared with period of lacking blood, P <0.01). CK and MDA content of serum were decreased after intravenous drip of FDP in SD rat (compared with after coronary returned to be poured, P <0.01). Conclusion After coronary reterned to be poured, myocardial injury became heavier; FDP had evident protective effect to myocardial injury which returned to be poured.
