| 摘 要： | 本文观察了健脾、清热、化淤代表中药党参、蒲公英、川芎及其配伍对应激性大鼠血液流变性的影响。实验结果表明,川芎使全血粘度和红细胞压积降低,党参降低红细胞硬化指数,但可使血浆粘度升高;蒲公英对血液流变学各项指标无影响;三药配伍后可明显降低全血粘度、血浆粘度、还原血粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞硬化指数和红细胞聚集指数。提示复方有改善微循环的作用,在复方中起主要作用的药物可能是川芎。

| Abstract: | This paper has reported the effects of CP, TM, LC and their formula on the hem-orheological changes of stress ulceration rats. Based the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the herbs of CP, TM and LC stand for the therapeutic principles of invigorating the spleen, clearing away the heat-evil and the removing blood stasis respectively. The results showed that LC could decrease blood viscosity and hematocrit of the rats, CP could decrease sclerosis of RBC and increase plasma viscosity,TM couldn't affect the hemorheological changes of stress uleration rats, but their formula could decrease blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood reduced viscosity,hematocrit,sclerosis and aggregation of RBC. |
