结外非何杰金氏淋巴瘤：附22例报道

结外非何杰金氏淋巴瘤少见。本文总结我院14年来所见的结外非何杰金民淋巴瘤共22例,占同期非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的6.7％,其中男17例,女5例,年龄6.5-65岁。因其临床表现复杂,无固定特征,所以常误诊为其他疾病。22例中延误诊断最短者为1个月,最长者达9年。活检前误诊率为90.9％,活检后的误诊率仍占9.1％。结果提示:应注意结外非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的诊断。

Extra-nodal Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.A Report of 22 Cases

The incidence of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in extra-nodal sites is low. Twenty-two cases(17 males and 5 females) were treated in our hospital between 1971 and 1985,it being 6.7% of NHL seen at this period of time. The patients' age rang- ed from 6.5 to 65 years. Because of the diversity of clinical manifestations NHL in extra-nodal sites are notoriously well known for misdiagnosis. The rates of misdiag- noses in this series were 90.9% and 9.1% before and after biopsy respectively. It was suggested that great attention should be paid to the diagnoses of NHL in extra- nodal locations.
