内蒙古地区俄罗斯族成人身体围度特征分析

目的:探讨俄罗斯族成人身体围度特征。方法:对336(男186,女150)名俄罗斯族成人进行9项身体围度测量并计算了6项围度指数值,运用聚类分析方法比较俄罗斯族与我国其他人群身体围度特征的差异性。结果:俄罗斯族成人臀围、胸围和腹围相对最大,上臂围和前臂最大围相对最小。男性的头水平围、胸围和前臂最大围明显大于女性,而女性的大腿围则明显大于男性。随着年龄增长,女性围度变化幅度大于男性,且多部位围度50岁以后明显下降。结论:俄罗斯族男性上、下肢近端部与远端部围度发育较匀称。俄罗斯族男女成人身体围度发育水平与乌孜别克族接近。

Analysis of bodily circumference characteristics of Russ adults in Inner Mongolia

Objective: To study the characteristics of girth items on Russ nationality adults. Methods: Nine girth items and 6 related indexes were measured using standard measurement methods in 336 Russ adults of Inner Mongolia, including 186men and 150 women. The differences on the girth items between Russ nationality and other groups in China were analyzed by clustering analysis. Results: Among the girth items in Russ adults, hip circumference, chest circumference and abdomen circumference were bigger but mid-arm circumference and maximal forearm circumference were smaller relatively. Horizontal head circumference, chest circumference and maximal forearm circumference in Russ men were much bigger than those in women, while thigh circumference in Russ women was obviously thicker than that in men. With aging, the extent of change in women was much larger than that in men, and the most of girth items dropped evidently after they were 50 years old. Conclusion: In Russ men, the circumferences of the upper and lower limbs, either in the far or near end, were shapely. The girth development of Russ adults is similar with that of Uzbek nationality adults.
