卵巢癌患者血清CEA、SCCA和Cyfra21-1含量的检测价值

目的探讨卵巢癌患者血清CEA、SCCA和Cyfra21-1含量的检测价值。方法选择卵巢交界性肿瘤40例(交界组)和上皮性卵巢癌90例(卵巢癌组),检测所有患者的血清CEA、SCCA和Cyfra21-1含量,并进行相关性分析和诊断价值判断。结果卵巢癌组的血清CEA、SCCA和Cyfra21-1含量都显著高于交界组(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组的CEA、SCCA和Cyfra21-1阳性表达率分别为95.0%、80.0%、90.0%,显著高于交界组37.8%、36.6%、30.0%(P<0.05)。在130例患者中,Spearman等级相关分析显示CEA、SCCA和Cyfra21-1阳性率与上皮性卵巢癌存在显著正相关性(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示CEA、SCCA和Cyfra21-1鉴别诊断卵巢交界性肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌曲线下最大面积分别为0.766、0.674、0.714。结论血清CEA、SCCA和Cyfra21-1在上皮性卵巢癌中呈现高表达状态,与卵巢癌的发生显著相关,可用来鉴别诊断卵巢交界性肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌。

Detection Values of Serum CEA,SCCA and Cyfra21-1 in Patients with Ovarian Cancer

Objective To investigate the detection values of serum CEA,SCCA and Cyfra21-1 in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods 40 patients with ovarian borderline tumors(junitor group)and 90 patients of epithelial ovarian cancer(ovarian cancer group)were selected,The serum CEA,SCCA and Cyfra21-1 levels were detected and were given correlation analysis,judgment diagnostic values.Results The serum CEA,SCCA and Cyfra21-1 levels in the ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those of the junction group(P<0.05).The positive rates of CEA,SCCA and Cyfra21-1 in the ovarian cancer group were 95.0%,80.0%,and 90.0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the junction group of 37.8%,36.6%,and 30.0%(P<0.05).In 130 patients,Spearman rank correlation analysis showed there were significant positive correlation between CEA,SCCA,and Cyfra21-1 positive rates and epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the maximum areas under the curve of CEA,SCCA and Cyfra21-1 differential diagnosis of ovarian borderline tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer were 0.766,0.674,0.714,respectively.Conclusion The serum CEA,SCCA and Cyfra21-1 are highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer,which are significantly associated with the occurrence of ovarian cancer,they can be used to differentially diagnose ovarian borderline tumors and epithelial ovarian cancer.
