摘    要:在国家医改政策背景下,基于收支结余的绩效考核方法已不能适应新的医院管理状况。为了充分提高绩效分配的公平性和可及性,某公立三甲医院以工作量为核心构建了综合绩效评价体系,经两年的应用,取得了一定的成效,也发现了一些问题,亟待改进。

Abstract:In the context of the national medical reform policy,performance appraisal methods based on revenue and expenditure balances have been unable to adapt to the new state of hospital management.In order to fully improve the fairness and accessibility of performance distribution,a public ⅢA hospital built a comprehensive performance evaluation system with workload as the core.After two years of application,it has achieved certain results.Some problems have also been discovered and need to be improved.
