强化心理护理对性早熟患儿的影响

目的探讨和研究强化心理护理措施对性早熟患儿的应用效果。方法病例选取为2008年1月~2014年1月之间我院收治的100例性早熟儿童，采用随机分组的方式分为两组，对照组仅采取常规临床护理措施，观察组则在对照组基础上进行强化心理护理，两组患儿同样进行曲普瑞林治疗，采用艾氏儿童行为量表对两组患儿治疗前后的外显行为进行评价。结果两组患儿较治疗前均有不同程度好转，总体而言观察组患儿外显行为问题评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论强化心理护理措施能够有效的改善性早熟患儿的心理状况，减少患儿的外显行为问题，在性早熟患儿的治疗中有着确切的疗效，值得在临床上加以推广。
