| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫腔镜取出宫内节育器的有效性和安全性，以及取器过程中B超监护的重要性。方法选取常规取器失败病例124例，应用B超监护下宫腔镜定位直视取出宫内节育器，观察疗效及其并发症情况。结果124例患者宫内节育器在宫腔镜联合B超下一次性取出121例，成功率97.58%，且没有发生术后并发症。结论宫腔镜联合B超取出宫内节育器是一种安全有效的方法，值得一定程度上的推广使用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo analyze the availability and security of hysteroscopic and B-ultrasound treatment for difficult extracting IUD cases. Discuss the significant role of the B-ultrasound.Methods124 cases, which were difficult in taking out IUD with routine method, were operated by monitoring with B-ultrasound guides.Results121 cases were removed by hysteroscopy and B-ultrasound successfully.ConclusionCombining use of hysteroscopy and B-ultrasonography is an effective and safety method to manage the difficulty extraction of IUDs. |
