VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达及其与病理指标的相关性

目的探讨VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达及其与病理指标的相关性。方法随机选取30例乳腺癌患者作为恶性肿瘤组,另随机选取同期乳腺纤维瘤患者30例为良性肿瘤组,选取同期健康体检女性30例作为健康对照组。运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定3组女性的血清VEGF表达,然后统计分析3组妇女的血清VEGF表达、阳性情况,并分析恶性肿瘤组患者的血清VEGF表达与其病理指标的相关性。结果恶性肿瘤组患者的血清VEFG表达显著高于良性肿瘤组、健康对照组(P<0.05),阳性率93.3%(28/30)显著高于良性肿瘤组、健康对照组的13.3%(4/30)、10.0%(3/30)(P<0.05),但良性肿瘤组、健康对照组患者的血清VEGF表达、阳性率之间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。恶性肿瘤组肿块直径<2.0 cm、2.0~5.0 cm、>5.0 cm患者的血清VEGF表达逐渐升高(P<0.05),组织类型乳腺导管癌、乳腺乳头状癌、乳腺单纯癌、乳腺髓样癌患者的血清VEGF表达逐渐升高(P<0.05),病理分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者的血清VEGF表达逐渐升高(P<0.05),有腋窝淋巴结转移患者的血清VEGF表达显著高于无腋窝淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05),阳性表达级别1级、2级、3级患者的血清VEGF表达逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达升高,与病理指标显著相关。

Expression of VEGF in Breast Cancer and its Correlation with Pathological Parameters

Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF in breast cancer and its correlation with pathological parameters.Methods 30 patients with breast cancer were randomly selected as malignant tumor group,another 30 patients with breast fibroma were randomly selected as benign tumor group,and 30 healthy women were selected as healthy control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the 3 groups of women.The expression and positive status of serum vascular endothelial growth factor in the 3 groups of women were analyzed.The correlation between the expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor and pathological parameters in patients with malignant tumors was also analyzed.Results The serum VEFG expression in the malignant tumor group was significantly higher than that of the benign tumor group and the healthy control group(P<0.05),and the positive rate was 93.3%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of the benign tumor group and the healthy control group(13.3%)(4/30),10.0%(3/30)(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in serum VEGF expression and positive rate between benign tumor group and healthy control group(P>0.05).Serum VEGF expression in patients with malignant tumors<2.0 cm,2.0~5.0 cm,and>5.0 cm was gradually increased(P<0.05).Tissue type breast ductal carcinoma,papillary carcinoma of the breast,simple breast cancer,medullary carcinoma of the breast,the serum VEGF expression of patients was gradually increased(P<0.05).The serum VEGF expression of patients with pathological stageⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣincreased gradually(P<0.05).Serum VEGF expression in patients with axillary lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without axillary lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),the expression of serum VEGF in patients with positive expression grades 1,2,and 3 gradually increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of VEGF in breast cancer is increased,which is significantly correlated with pathological parameters.
