神经节苷脂治疗早产儿脑白质损伤的临床疗效分析

目的:通过神经节苷脂对早产儿脑白质损伤的治疗效果观察,探讨早产儿脑白质损伤的理想的治疗方法。方法:将132例确诊为早产儿脑白质损伤的患儿随机分为两组,对照组采取积极治疗原发病和早产儿的其他各项并发症,治疗组在此基础上,于诊断后加用神经节苷脂治疗。结果:神经节苷脂治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂是治疗早产儿脑白质损伤的有效药物之一。
